- Supervisor for >20 master and 14 PhD students, and co-supervisor for several master and 5 PhD students. For the moment I am main supervisor for 2 PhD students and co-supervisor for 1 PhD student. I am also supervisor for one PhD student from Spain. I have been supervisor for 6 international exchange students. I have also been supervisor for 4 medical students.

Teaching Experience
I have extensive teaching experience for medical students, dental students and biology students in courses in virology, medical virology, cell biology, genetics, mammalian cell culture, oncology, molecular biology, signal transduction and transcription factors. I was 4 years invited teacher in viral oncology at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium until the course was stopped because of financial cut downs. I also gave a one week specialization course in molecular biology. This course included both a theoretical and a practical part.
